Qualifications

Responsibilities

Summary:

The Junior Manager role involves managing order processes and ensuring efficient operations. This position requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. The candidate will be responsible for supporting various operations, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership for standardization and automation of processes.
• Drive technical issues towards resolution and ensure compliance with controls.
• Deliver process-related training for newcomers and coordinate assessments to ensure knowledge transfer.
• Support operations by managing incident priorities and communicating issues effectively.
• Support CARM (Sarbanes Oxley) / GAR audits and own GL reconciliations.
• Lead customer ledger activities and ensure accurate billing and delivery of SAP documents.
• Monitor interfaces and resolve related issues, manage customer queries, and maintain relationships with the STC Customer Facing Team.
• Execute Anti-Money Laundering and OFAC checks as appropriate.
• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Order Management for contract roles.
• 6 to 8 years of experience preferred for potential conversion to a permanent role.
• Basic French language proficiency preferred.

Required Skills:

• Deep knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes and controls.
• Strong SAP knowledge and PC literacy, with excellent Excel skills.
