Job summary

New Vision Softcom & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. seeks an Oracle Utilities C2M Technical Lead with 13-15 years of IT experience to drive design, development, and implementation of Oracle Utilities C2M/CC&B/MDM solutions.

Qualifications

• 13-15 years IT experience with at least 10+ years in Oracle Utilities.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities C2M, CC&B, MDM, and OUAF.
• Understanding of utility business processes including billing, payments, meter management, credit & collections, customer service, and field activities.
• Hands-on experience with BO, MO, UI Maps, BPA Scripts, Zones, Portals, batches, algorithms, and plug-in points.
• Strong technical skills in Java, J2EE, Groovy, XML, Oracle XAI, Web Services, and integration technologies.
• Experience integrating Oracle Utilities apps with ERP, CRM, GIS, MDM, payment gateways, middleware, and other enterprise apps.
• Experience in solution design, effort estimation, performance tuning, production support, and development best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of Oracle Utilities C2M/CC&B/MDM solutions.

Oracle Utilities C2M Technical Lead (13-15 Years)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities C2M Technical Lead with 13-15 years of IT experience and strong expertise in Oracle Utilities C2M, CC&B, MDM, and OUAF. This is a techno-functional leadership role where the candidate will not only lead and mentor the development team but also remain actively involved in hands‑on development, solution design, and complex technical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Utilities C2M/CC&B/MDM solutions.
• Act as the technical SME, driving architecture decisions and solution design.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, code reviews, and guidance to development teams.

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong technical expertise in Java, J2EE, Groovy, XML, Oracle XAI, Web Services, and integration technologies.
• Proven experience integrating Oracle Utilities applications with third‑party systems such as ERP, CRM, GIS, MDM, payment gateways, middleware platforms, and other enterprise applications.
• Experience in solution design, effort estimation, performance tuning, production support, and development best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Travel Requirement

• Willingness to undertake short business trips to customer locations across the Middle East for workshops, solution reviews, project discussions, testing support, and key delivery milestones.
