Overview
Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Developer with total IT experience of 5 to 8+ years.
About the Role
Hands on design & Development experience using OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework) and Java with at least 5 years' experience.
Responsibilities
- Must have one CC&B or C2m full project Implementation experience
- Experience of working with Electricity, Gas or Water utilities is desirable
- Experience in Oracle Utilities SDK and Eclipse
- Hands on with writing Batch, Algorithm, User Exit and Change Handler programs
- Experience in config tools such as MO, Bo, UI Map, Business Script, Service Script, BPA Script, Zones, Portals
- Hands on with using Hibernate Query Language, XAI/IWS webservices and CC&B Configuration
- Good understanding of CC&B modules Billing, Meter Management, Credit & Collection, Case Management, Move In Out and new Connections
- Ability to create Functional and Technical solution documents
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, SOAP, Java Script, JSP
- Ability to write and execute test cases, Document expected and actual results within the allotted time frame
- Understanding of coding standards and able to do peer reviews and provide valuable inputs for code quality improvement
- Good understanding of SDLC and must have one full project life cycle experience
- Able to do reverse engineering and prepare maintenance documents
- Ability to independently develop Oracle CC&B customization
- Ability to build Oracle CC&B capabilities within CGI
- Excellent problem solving, written and verbal communication skills
- Oracle RDBMS 12c, RMAN, RAC, Data Guard, ASM, AIX / Unix OS, Commvault, Oracle Auto Tuning Features, CCNB Apps knowledge
