Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Solution Architect to lead end-to-end transportation management initiatives. With 6 to 10 years in IT and strong Supply Chain domain expertise, you will design, configure, and implement OTM Cloud solutions that optimize logistics operations.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of IT experience in Supply Chain and Logistics.
• 6+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of transportation planning, freight management, carrier collaboration, and logistics execution.
• Experience in OTM configuration including Agents, Automation Agents, Saved Queries, User Roles, Business Process Automation.
• Experience integrating OTM with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Fusion SCM, Oracle EBS, SAP, WMS and external carrier systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable OTM solutions.
• Define solution architecture, integration strategy, and deployment roadmap for transportation and logistics processes.
• Configure and optimize OTM modules including: Order Management, Shipment Planning, Transportation Execution, Visibility & Event Management, Logistics Network Modeling.
• Design integrations between OTM and enterprise applications such as ERP, WMS, TMS, EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP, and third-party carrier systems.
• Provide technical leadership during solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support phases.
• Conduct architecture reviews and recommend best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
• Lead workshops, solution demonstrations, and stakeholder discussions.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution proposals, effort estimations, and RFP responses.
• Mentor functional and technical team members and ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Solution Architect with 6 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics solutions, including extensive expertise in Oracle Transportation Management Cloud. The candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing end-to-end transportation management solutions, driving digital transformation initiatives, and collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions.

Experience in OTM configuration including:

• Automation Agents
• Saved Queries
• User Roles
• Business Process Automation

Strong knowledge of OTM integration frameworks, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.

Experience integrating OTM with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Fusion SCM, Oracle EBS, SAP, WMS, and external carrier systems.

Knowledge of logistics KPIs, transportation optimization, and freight cost management.

Experience in solution design, architecture governance, and technical leadership.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
