Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India seeks an experienced IT professional with strong Supply Chain and Logistics domain expertise and hands-on Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud experience. You will drive architecture governance and lead OTM-based solutions across ERP Cloud, Fusion SCM, EBS, SAP, and WMS integrations.

The role demands deep knowledge of transportation planning, freight management, and KPI-driven optimization, along with excellent stakeholder management and leadership

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience with supply chain expertise.
• 5+ years in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud implementations.
• Strong knowledge of transportation planning, freight management, carrier collaboration, and logistics execution.
• OTM configuration including Agents, Automation Agents, Saved Queries, Screen Sets, User Roles, BPA.
• Strong knowledge of OTM integration frameworks, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
• Experience integrating OTM with ERP Cloud, Fusion SCM, EBS, SAP, WMS, and external carriers.
• Knowledge of logistics KPIs, optimization, and freight cost management.
• Experience in solution design, architecture governance, and technical leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead OTM Cloud implementations and project delivery.
• Design solutions and govern architectural outcomes.
• Coordinate integrations with ERP/SCM/SAP/WMS and carrier systems.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and technical leadership across teams.
• Coach and mentor teams on OTM configuration best practices.
