Job Description

This position is responsible for the overall development of the Account Reconciliation solution (ARCS), including design, configuration, data integration and testing. The role collaborates with various technical experts within the organization to implement technologies within our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system, provides best‑fit architectural solutions for new initiatives, assists in defining scope and sizing of work, anchors Proof of Concept developments, and delivers solution architecture for business problems, platform integration with third‑party services, and design/development of complex features for clients’ business needs.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Experience implementing ARCS from design, configuration, data integration, and testing.
• Sound knowledge of ARM/ARCS, including Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.
• Functional knowledge of finance/accounting and account reconciliation is a must.
• Provide solutions to existing architecture design on the current system.
• Collaborate effectively with other groups.
• Knowledge and experience working with a consolidation tool and general ledger is a plus.

Total Experience Expected: 06‑08 years.

Qualifications

B.Tech, CA, MBA Finance.

Additional Requirements

• EPM experience of 5+ years.
• Experience in implementation of Hyperion with strong application development process experience on the Hyperion EPM Product Suite.
• Experience in requirement gathering & solution design.
• Sound functional knowledge of finance/accounting, general ledger, and sub‑ledgers.
• Integration and mapping with EPM EDMCS and Fusion GL.
• Sound knowledge of standard and custom reports.
• Good communication skills.
• Travel readiness.

Preferred Experience

Working experience on other EPM modules such as PBCS, EDMCS, or FCCS (any of them or more would be an added advantage).

Education

B.Tech, MBA Finance or CA; PG: Any postgraduate.
