Job summary

Hiresquad seeks an experienced Oracle EPM ARCS Consultant to lead the design, configuration, data integration and testing of Account Reconciliation Cloud Service. You will collaborate with technical experts and finance teams to deliver scalable reconciliation solutions and streamline financial close processes.

The role requires 7–8+ years in Oracle EPM functional consulting, hands-on ARCS/ARM experience, and deep knowledge of finance, GL/SubLedgers and consolidation tools.

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years in Oracle EPM Functional Consulting.
• Hands-on with ARCS/ARM implementations.
• Functional knowledge of finance, accounting & reconciliation.
• Experience with Hyperion EPM Suite & requirement gathering.
• Knowledge of GL/SubLedgers & consolidation tools.
• Strong skills in reports, communication & client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, data integration & testing of ARCS end-to-end.
• Provide solutions for architecture design & platform integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and finance SMEs.
