Job summary

Talpro seeks an experienced ARCS Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) solutions. The role demands expertise in EPM, ARCS, FCCS, and platform integration to streamline reconciliation processes.

The candidate will architect end-to-end ARCS deployments, coordinate with finance and IT, and drive automation and optimization while guiding a hybrid work setup in Bangalore. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in EPM solutions, ARCS and FCCS.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM Suite and account reconciliation processes.
• Experience in solution architecture, system integration, and automation.
• Design and implement scalable reconciliation solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, CA/ACCA, or related field.
