Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Functional Consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ARCS Cloud.
• Experience in at least 2 ARCS implementations.
• Strong understanding of financial reconciliation and month-end close processes.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP/EBS integration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle ARCS implementation, enhancement, and support.
• Configure ARCS modules: Reconciliation Compliance, Transaction Matching, profiles, formats, rules, workflows, dashboards.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure account reconciliation processes, approval workflows, and reconciliation rules.
• Perform data loads, validations, troubleshooting, and integration support.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Prepare functional documentation and user training.
• Recommend process improvements using Oracle EPM best practices.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM ARCS Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) implementation, configuration, and support.
