Job summary

Infosys is seeking a seasoned Oracle Retail specialist to support SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS and related integrations in a production environment. You will work with POS, Merchandising, ERP, and WMS systems, lead developments, monitor interfaces, and coordinate with Oracle support teams.

The role requires readiness for 24x7 support and cloud deployments. Ideal candidates have strong SQL/Unix skills, experience in large luxury retail environments, and a track record of mentoring junior team members.

Job description

• Strong experience with Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS
• Good understanding of store inventory and retail operations
• Experience with Oracle Retail ecosystem (RMS, SIM, Xstore preferred)
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, batch jobs, and interface monitoring
• Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux, and troubleshooting logs
• Experience working in production support / AMS environments/implementation
• Lead technical development and support for Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS
• Design, build, and maintain SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS configurations and customizations on integrations
• Manage integrations between SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS and systems like POS, Merchandising, ERP, and WMS
• Act as the technical escalation point for production issues
• Support deployments, upgrades, and environment releases
• Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide permanent fixes
• Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, and Oracle support teams
• Guide and mentor junior team members
• Experience in Oracle Retail SaaS / Cloud implementations
• Exposure to luxury or large retail enterprises
• Experience working in 24x7 support models
