Job summary

RetechPrime is seeking an experienced Oracle Retail MFCS/RMS consultant to lead and support large-scale MFCS implementations, rollouts, and ongoing support.

The role demands strong business process knowledge in merchandising, pricing, inventory, and supply chain, with hands-on Oracle Retail Cloud/On-Prem experience and solid SQL/PLSQL skills for data analysis and integration work.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Retail MFCS/RMS in large retail environments.
• Deep knowledge of Merchandising, Pricing, Inventory and Supply Chain processes.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Cloud or On-Prem implementations.
• Proficient in SQL/PL/SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with integration technologies (RIB, web services, APIs).
• Familiar with batch processing, data migration, and system configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Oracle Retail MFCS implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional/technical solutions.
• Configure MFCS modules: Foundation Data, Merchandising, Pricing, Inventory Mgmt.
• Perform custom batch creation, setup and monitoring in POM.
• Develop REST APIs and troubleshoot integrations with other Oracle Retail modules.
• Ensure data integrity, validation and reconciliation across systems.

Job description

Role Overview

We are looking for highly skilled Oracle Retail RMS/MFCS professionals who can drive implementation, support, and transformation initiatives in retail merchandising systems. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and/or technical expertise in the Oracle Retail suite, especially MFCS, and experience working in large-scale retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support Oracle Retail MFCS implementation, rollout, and support projects
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional/technical solutions
• Configure and customize MFCS modules including Foundation Data, Merchandising, Pricing, and Inventory Management
• Perform custom batch creation, setup and monitoring in POM
• Perform custom module build on APEX on tok of RDS
• REST API build, issue analysis
• Perform system integration with other Oracle Retail modules (RMS, ReSA, RPM, etc.)
• Ensure data integrity, validation, and reconciliation across systems
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
• Participate in testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support

Manager / Senior Manager Additional Responsibilities:

• Lead project delivery, manage client relationships, and ensure high-quality outcomes
• Drive solution architecture and design decisions
• Mentor and guide teams of consultants and developers
• Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication

Required Skills
