Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle Retail specialist to join our enterprise services team in India. You will lead technical development and support for Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS, design configurations, and manage integrations with POS, Merchandising, ERP, and WMS.

You'll act as the escalation point for production issues, coordinate with business users and Oracle support, and mentor junior team members.

Job description

• Strong experience with Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS
• Good understanding of store inventory and retail operations
• Experience with Oracle Retail ecosystem (RMS, SIM, Xstore preferred)
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, batch jobs, and interface monitoring
• Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux, and troubleshooting logs
• Experience working in production support / AMS environments/implementation
• Lead technical development and support for Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS
• Design, build, and maintain SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS configurations and customizations on integrations
• Manage integrations between SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS and systems like POS, Merchandising, ERP, and WMS
• Act as the technical escalation point for production issues
• Support deployments, upgrades, and environment releases
• Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide permanent fixes
• Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, and Oracle support teams
• Guide and mentor junior team members
• Experience in Oracle Retail SaaS / Cloud implementations
