Job summary

Aspire Systems is seeking a Project Lead for Oracle Retail Merchandise MFCS/RMS to lead application support and production operations. You will manage incidents, escalations, and changes while guiding cross-functional teams to ensure stable retail operations.

The role requires 6–10 years of experience in similar Retail/Oracle environments, with a focus on delivering reliable support and production stability. Hybrid work is offered, aligning with our flexible work model.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Oracle Retail Merchandise (MFCS/RMS) support team and ensure smooth day-to-day application operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Merchandise application-related issues, escalations, and client communications.
  • Manage incident, service request, problem, and change activities while ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Provide functional guidance and technical support for Oracle Retail Merchandise processes such as Item, Supplier, Purchase Orders, Inventory, Pricing, Replenishment, and Stock Ledger.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement permanent corrective actions.
  • Review and approve production fixes, deployments, and change requests before implementation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Stores, E-commerce, WMS, Integration, Finance, and Infrastructure for end-to-end issue resolution.
  • Monitor application health, nightly batch processing, interfaces, and critical business jobs.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Lead - Oracle Retail Merchandise (MFCS/RMS) to lead application support and production operations for Oracle Retail Merchandising platforms. The role involves managing support activities, driving issue resolution, ensuring SLA compliance, and providing functional guidance across key retail merchandising processes such as Inventory, Pricing, Replenishment, Purchase Orders, and Supplier Management. The Talent will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure stable and efficient retail operations.
