Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Performance Management and Health & Safety Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules related to Performance Management and Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW). The consultant will work closely with HR, EHS, and business stakeholders to design scalable solutions that meet organizational goals, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Performance Management

• Lead functional implementation of Oracle Performance Management, including:
  • Goal Management
  • Performance Evaluations
  • Check‑ins and continuous feedback
  • Talent review integration
• Configure performance templates, rating models, calibration, and evaluation workflows.
• Translate business performance processes into Oracle‑configured solutions.
• Support year‑end and mid‑cycle performance review activities.
• Partner with HR leadership to optimize performance processes and adoption.

Oracle Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW)

• Implement and support Oracle Health and Safety Incident Management.
• Configure:
  • Incident reporting and investigation
  • Safety permits and actions
  • Regulatory and compliance reporting
  • Corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Ensure alignment with local and global EHS regulations and internal safety policies.
• Support audits and compliance tracking using Oracle HSW capabilities.

Functional Consulting & Delivery

• Conduct business requirement workshops and fit‑gap analysis.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
• Perform system configuration, unit testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, OTBI, and extensions.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Train HR and EHS users and prepare end‑user documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Proven experience with Oracle Performance and Health and Safety modules.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Nice to have additional modules like Core HR, HR Help Desk… etc.
