• End-to-end PCMCS implementation experience.
• Strong Cost Allocation, ABC, Profitability Management, Transfer Pricing, and Financial Management.
• Experience with Oracle EPM stack including PCMCS, PBCS/EPBCS, Data Management and Essbase.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement PCMCS solutions for cost allocation, profitability analysis, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Oracle PCMCS solutions for Cost Allocation, Profitability Analysis, and Cost Management processes.

Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable PCMCS solution designs.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define allocation methodologies and profitability reporting requirements.

Develop allocation models, business rules, calculations, and driver-based frameworks within PCMCS.

Manage application dimensions, hierarchies, metadata, and profitability models.

Configure and maintain allocation processes, including direct, indirect, and multi-stage allocations.

Build and support data integrations using Data Management, FDMEE, EPM Automate, and other source interfaces.

Optimize application performance and support process automation initiatives.

Design and manage security, user provisioning, and access controls.

Participate in testing, deployments, production support, and issue resolution activities.

Prepare functional and technical documentation and support knowledge transfer sessions.

Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders while driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in Oracle PCMCS implementations and should have worked on minimum 1-2 End to End Implementation.

Strong understanding of Cost Allocation, Activity-Based Costing (ABC), Profitability Management, Transfer Pricing, and Financial Management processes.

Experience in designing and implementing allocation models and profitability reporting solutions.

Knowledge of Oracle EPM ecosystem including PCMCS, PBCS/EPBCS, Data Management, and Essbase is preferred.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

Engineering, MCA, MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, or equivalent qualifications.
