Job summary

Relanto is seeking an experienced EPM Consultant with strong PCM expertise to design, develop, implement, and maintain Enterprise Performance Management solutions. You will work with Finance to model profitability, allocate costs, and deliver dashboards and reports across multiple dimensions.

The role requires 5+ years in EPM/financial systems, hands-on PCM experience, and in-depth knowledge of cost allocation concepts.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 5+ years of overall experience in EPM/financial systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Profitability and Cost Management (PCM).
• Strong understanding of cost allocation and profitability management concepts.
• Experience designing allocation methodologies and allocation drivers.
• Experience with EPM dimensions, hierarchies, metadata, business rules, calculations, and data models.
• Strong understanding of Finance and accounting concepts.
• Experience working with General Ledger (GL), cost centers, profit centers, products, customers, and business units.
• Experience with data integration and data loading from ERP/source systems.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in application testing, defect resolution, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain PCM applications.
• Collaborate with Finance and stakeholders to understand profitability, costing, allocation, and reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain cost allocation and profitability models, dimensions, hierarchies, rules, and calculations.
• Configure PCM applications to support complex cost and revenue allocation methodologies.
• Develop allocation drivers to distribute costs and revenues across products, customers, services, and org units.
• Support profitability analysis and identify key cost and revenue drivers.
• Develop and maintain EPM applications, business rules, calculations, forms, reports, and dashboards.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting across PCM/EPM and source systems.
• Analyze and resolve technical and functional issues related to PCM models and calculations.
• Work with Finance to improve budgeting, forecasting, and profitability reporting processes.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and production support; produce documentation; mentor junior consultants.

We are looking for an experienced EPM Consultant with strong Profitability and Cost Management (PCM) experience to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Profitability and Cost Management (PCM) applications.
• Work with Finance and business stakeholders to understand profitability, costing, allocation, and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain cost allocation models, profitability models, dimensions, hierarchies, rules, and calculations.
• Configure PCM applications to support complex cost and revenue allocation methodologies.
• Develop allocation drivers and rules to distribute costs and revenues across products, customers, services, business units, and other dimensions.
• Support profitability analysis and identify key cost and revenue drivers.
• Develop and maintain EPM applications, business rules, calculations, forms, reports, and dashboards.
• Perform data integration between PCM/EPM and source systems such as ERP, General Ledger, and data warehouses.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting across EPM applications.
• Analyze and resolve technical and functional issues related to PCM models and calculations.
• Work with Finance teams to improve financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability reporting processes.
• Participate in application enhancements, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation for PCM models, business rules, integrations, and processes.
• Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams and business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to junior EPM consultants.
