• Lead functional design and architecture of Oracle EPM Profitability and Cost Management solutions.
• Analyse business requirements around cost allocation, profitability analysis and management reporting.
• Translate requirements into profitability models, allocation structures and functional solutions.
• Define dimensions, hierarchies, drivers, allocation rules and calculation processes.
• Prepare functional specifications, solution designs and process documentation.
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to address profitability needs.
• Support configuration, testing, UAT and deployment activities.
• Review solutions to ensure alignment with allocation and profitability requirements.
• Assist data integration, mapping, validation and reconciliation.
• Provide functional guidance and knowledge transfer to project teams.

We are seeking an experienced EPM Functional Consultant PC Architect to provide functional leadership and solution design expertise across Oracle EPM Profitability and Cost Management.

The role will focus on understanding business requirements around cost allocation, profitability analysis and management reporting, and translating them into effective EPM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and architecture of Oracle EPM Profitability and Cost Management solutions.
• Analyse business requirements across cost allocation, profitability analysis and management reporting.
• Translate business requirements into profitability models, allocation structures and functional solutions.
• Design and define dimensions, hierarchies, drivers, allocation rules and calculation processes.
• Develop functional specifications, solution designs and process documentation.
• Work with finance and business stakeholders to understand cost and profitability requirements and provide functional recommendations.
• Support configuration, testing, UAT and deployment activities.
• Review and validate solutions to ensure allocation and profitability requirements are accurately addressed.
• Support data integration, mapping, validation and reconciliation requirements.
• Analyse and resolve functional issues related to profitability models, allocations and calculations.
• Provide functional guidance and knowledge transfer to project teams and stakeholders.

Primary Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Profitability and Cost Management.
• Proven experience in Profitability and Cost Management solution design and functional architecture.
• Strong understanding of cost allocation, profitability analysis and financial management processes.
• Experience designing profitability models, allocation rules, drivers and calculation processes.
• Strong understanding of dimensions, hierarchies and data structures within EPM.
• Experience across the design, configuration, testing, UAT and deployment lifecycle.
• Ability to work directly with finance and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Relevant Secondary Skills

• Experience with Oracle Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS).
• Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud integrations and data movement.
• Experience with Data Integration / Data Management.
• Knowledge of Smart View and EPM Automate.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and related financial processes.
• Experience working in large-scale or complex enterprise EPM environments.
• Experience preparing functional specifications, solution designs and implementation documentation.
