Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM-EPCM Functional Consultant to lead cost allocation design and implementation, leveraging Service Catalog-based allocation models. You will own functional design, configuration, production support, and continuous improvement with Finance, Data, and Tech teams.

The role requires 8–10+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM-EPCM, deep SQL and Snowflake skills, and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in implementing and configuring EPM-EPCM allocation rules, drivers, filters, metadata, and business logic.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting; experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT, data integration, data mapping, and transformation concepts.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, testing, UAT, and release management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Functional SME for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM-EPCM and Service Catalog-based cost allocation processes.
• Design, configure, and maintain allocation models, rules, drivers, filters, and calculation logic within EPM-EPCM.
• Monitor production allocation processes; investigate data discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis using SQL and Snowflake.
• Translate Finance and business requirements into functional designs and configuration solutions.
• Lead functional/technical testing, UAT, regression testing, and release management across environments.
• Create reports using Essbase, OAC, and Tableau; support P&L reporting aligned with CFO requirements.
• Assist with project management, including data/reporting requirements and procedures.
• Collaborate with CFO teams to develop P&L reporting aligned with evolving business needs.

Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM-EPCM Functional Consultant – Cost Allocation

Experience: 8–10+ Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced associate for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM-EPCM with strong expertise in cost allocation and Service Catalog-based allocation models with 8–10+ years of overall experience. The role owns functional design, configuration, production support, and continuous improvement of EPCM allocation processes, working closely with Finance, Business, Data, Technology, and Development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Functional SME for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM-EPCM and Service Catalog-based cost allocation processes.
• Design, configure, and maintain allocation models, rules, drivers, filters, and calculation logic within EPM-EPCM.
• Monitor production allocation processes; investigate job failures, data discrepancies, and perform root-cause analysis using SQL and Snowflake.
• Translate Finance and business requirements into functional designs and configuration solutions.
• Lead/support functional/technical testing, UAT, regression testing, and release management across Dev, Test, and Production environments.
• Create reports using Essbase, OAC, and Tableau; support P&L Management reporting aligned with Office of the CFO requirements.
• Assists with project management, including assessing reporting needs, determining data and reporting requirements, writing policies & procedures, and implementing systems and processes.
• Experienced in data analysis, variance analysis, and competitive data analysis
• Act as liaison to identify business critical information and knowledge, and its usage and availability
• Partner with other Office of the CFO teams to develop P&L reporting aligned with evolving business requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands‑on experience in implementation and configuring EPM-EPCM allocation rules, drivers, filters, metadata, and business logic.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting; experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platforms.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT, data integration, data mapping, and transformation concepts.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, testing, UAT, and release management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Oracle EPM Cloud environment migration across Dev, Test, and Production instances.

Normally work independently, receiving little instruction on day-to-day work, receiving general guidance and review on new assignments.

Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM-EPCM

Bachelor’s degree in finance / MBA (Fin) / B.E or Information Systems preferred

Experience in Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services

Excellent communication and writing skills

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven ability to work as an effective team player and ability to collaborate

Demonstrated strength in analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and achieve targeted outcomes
