Job summary

Intellicore Consulting Group invites anexperienced Oracle Hyperion Planning & Budgeting (E/PBCS) specialist to lead end-to-end implementations across HP and EPM Cloud. You will guide project teams, design metadata, forms, business rules, and integrations, and ensure secure, scalable solutions aligned with client needs.

The role requires 10+ years in HP/E/PBCS, multiple successful deployments, strong communication, and willingness to travel to GCC countries.

Qualifications

• BTech or MCA qualification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced spreadsheet and PowerPoint skills.
• Willingness for long/short term travel to GCC countries.
• Onsite GCC project experience preferred.

Job description

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in implementation of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting cloud service (E/PBCS)


• 6+ successful end to end implementation in HP and E/PBCS


• Lead the solution build and guide the project team


• Excellent Technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting like Application Creation, metadata build, Planning form development, Validation, Business Rules, Integration, workflow and security configuration, reports, backup automation, etc.


• Functional understanding of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting process


• Strong understanding of the integration capability of the HP and E/PBCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management


• Create project documents like Test Scripts, Integration configuration documents, Manuals, etc.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication and great presentation skills i.e. ability to articulate the business and technologies in a concise, crisp manner to internal/external stakeholders


• Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.


• Confident and assertive


• Open for long/short term travel based on the project need to GCC Countries


• Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation would be added advantage
