Job summary

Intellicore Consulting Group seeks an experienced Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting specialist to lead HP/EPM implementations across client projects. The role requires deep technical knowledge of EPM, FDMEE, ODI, and data integration, plus strong communication for client stakeholder management.

The position may involve travel to GCC countries and requires onsite work in India with occasional visits to client sites. You will mentor junior consultants and drive solution design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience implementing HP and E/PBCS.
• 6+ successful end-to-end HP/EPM implementations.
• Lead solution builds and guide project teams.
• Deep technical knowledge on HP/EPBCS: applications, forms, rules, integration, security.
• Understand Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting processes.
• Document test scripts, integration configs and end-user manuals.

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in implementation of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting cloud service (E/PBCS)


• 6+ successful end to end implementation in HP and E/PBCS


• Lead the solution build and guide the project team


• Excellent Technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting like Application Creation, metadata build, Planning form development, Validation, Business Rules, Integration, workflow and security configuration, reports, backup automation, etc.


• Functional understanding of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting process


• Strong understanding of the integration capability of the HP and E/PBCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management


• Create project documents like Test Scripts, Integration configuration documents, Manuals, etc.

BTech or MCA by qualification

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication and great presentation skills i.e. ability to articulate the business and technologies in a concise, crisp manner to internal/external stakeholders


• Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.


• Confident and assertive


• Open for long/short term travel based on the project need to GCC Countries


• Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation would be added advantage
