Job summary

Intellicore Consulting Group in Mumbai requires a senior Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting expert to lead end-to-end implementations. You will oversee HP/EPM solutions, metadata, form development, and integration, while guiding the project team and delivering on budgeting and forecasting initiatives.

The role demands strong communication, presentation skills, and willingness to travel long/short term to GCC countries as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and E/PBCS.
• 6+ successful end-to-end HP and E/PBCS implementations.
• Lead the solution build and guide the project team.
• Strong technical knowledge of HP/EB including forms, rules, integration, and security.
• Functional understanding of planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Experience with FDMEE/ODI/Data Management integrations with HP and EPM.

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in implementation of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting cloud service (E/PBCS)


• 6+ successful end to end implementation in HP and E/PBCS


• Lead the solution build and guide the project team


• Excellent Technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting like Application Creation, metadata build, Planning form development, Validation, Business Rules, Integration, workflow and security configuration, reports, backup automation, etc.


• Functional understanding of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting process


• Strong understanding of the integration capability of the HP and E/PBCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management


• Create project documents like Test Scripts, Integration configuration documents, Manuals, etc.

BTech or MCA by qualification

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication and great presentation skills i.e. ability to articulate the business and technologies in a concise, crisp manner to internal/external stakeholders


• Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.


• Confident and assertive


• Open for long/short term travel based on the project need to GCC Countries


• Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation would be added advantage
