Job summary

Intellicore Consulting Group invites a senior Oracle Hyperion Planning expert to lead end-to-end HP/EPM implementations, including E/PBCS. You will guide the project team, shape technical designs, and ensure seamless integration with data sources. Travel to GCC projects is expected, with strong communication to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates hold a BTech or MCA and have hands-on experience with planning and forecasting processes, forms, security, and reports in EPM ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in implementation of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting cloud service (E/PBCS).
• 6+ successful end to end implementations in HP and E/PBCS.
• Lead the solution build and guide the project team.
• Excellent Technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting including forms, security, reports, and integration.
• Functional understanding of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting processes.
• Strong integration knowledge of HP/EPM with source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead HP/EPM project implementations from design to go-live.
• Guide project team and manage stakeholders.
• Develop and review technical design, test scripts, and integration configs.
• Ensure security, workflow, and backup automation are properly configured.
• Create project documents like test scripts and manuals.

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in implementation of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting cloud service (E/PBCS)


• 6+ successful end to end implementation in HP and E/PBCS


• Lead the solution build and guide the project team


• Excellent Technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting like Application Creation, metadata build, Planning form development, Validation, Business Rules, Integration, workflow and security configuration, reports, backup automation, etc.


• Functional understanding of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting process


• Strong understanding of the integration capability of the HP and E/PBCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management


• Create project documents like Test Scripts, Integration configuration documents, Manuals, etc.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication and great presentation skills i.e. ability to articulate the business and technologies in a concise, crisp manner to internal/external stakeholders


• Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.


• Confident and assertive


• Open for long/short term travel based on the project need to GCC Countries


• Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation would be added advantage
