Job summary

Intellicore Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Hyperion Planning & Budgeting consultant in India to lead end-to-end HP/EPM implementations. You will guide project teams, develop metadata and forms, and ensure secure, integrated planning solutions.

Strong communication and presentation skills are required, along with travel willingness to GCC countries and onsite project experience. BTech or MCA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in implementing HP and EPBCS
• 6+ end-to-end HP and EPBCS implementations
• Technical knowledge on HP/EPBCS: metadata, planning forms, rules, security, reports
• Integration with source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management
• Create project documents: test scripts, integration config, manuals

Responsibilities

• Lead the solution build and guide the project team
• Provide hands-on implementation expertise across HP/EPM Planning and Budgeting
• Develop and validate metadata, forms, rules, data integration and security configurations
• Support budgeting/forecasting processes and provide recommendations
• Prepare documentation like test scripts and integration configurations

Job description

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in implementation of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting cloud service (E/PBCS)


• 6+ successful end to end implementation in HP and E/PBCS


• Lead the solution build and guide the project team


• Excellent Technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting like Application Creation, metadata build, Planning form development, Validation, Business Rules, Integration, workflow and security configuration, reports, backup automation, etc.


• Functional understanding of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting process


• Strong understanding of the integration capability of the HP and E/PBCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management


• Create project documents like Test Scripts, Integration configuration documents, Manuals, etc.

BTech or MCA by qualification

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication and great presentation skills i.e. ability to articulate the business and technologies in a concise, crisp manner to internal/external stakeholders


• Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.


• Confident and assertive


• Open for long/short term travel based on the project need to GCC Countries


• Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation would be added advantage
