Job summary

Intellicore Consulting Group seeks an experienced professional to lead HP/E-PBCS implementations in complex environments. The role requires deep technical knowledge in planning, budgeting and forecasting, plus strong stakeholder communication.

Travel to GCC countries will be required for project delivery. Prior onsite GCC experience is an added advantage, as are certifications in Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting.

Qualifications

• BTech or MCA by qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to GCC countries for projects.
• Prior onsite GCC project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HP/E-PBCS implementations.
• Guide the project team through solution build and delivery.
• Develop technical components: application creation, metadata, forms, calculations, security, reports, and backups.
• Understand planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Integrate HP/EPM with source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management.
• Create project documents such as test scripts and integration manuals.

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in implementation of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting cloud service (E/PBCS)


• 6+ successful end to end implementation in HP and E/PBCS


• Lead the solution build and guide the project team


• Excellent Technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting like Application Creation, metadata build, Planning form development, Validation, Business Rules, Integration, workflow and security configuration, reports, backup automation, etc.


• Functional understanding of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting process


• Strong understanding of the integration capability of the HP and E/PBCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management


• Create project documents like Test Scripts, Integration configuration documents, Manuals, etc.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication and great presentation skills i.e. ability to articulate the business and technologies in a concise, crisp manner to internal/external stakeholders


• Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.


• Confident and assertive


• Open for long/short term travel based on the project need to GCC Countries


• Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation would be added advantage
