Job summary

Finance in a Box, a California-based accounting and financial consulting firm, is seeking a NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant for a 100% remote role. The position follows a US Pacific Time shift (6:30 pm–2:30 am IST).

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on NetSuite ERP experience in both functional and technical roles.
• Proficient in ARM, Fixed Assets, and Accounting modules.
• Hands-on experience with SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Familiarity with core business processes: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report.
• Experience in managing NetSuite integrations and third-party applications.
• Experience in multi-currency, multi-subsidiary, or global deployments.
• NetSuite ERP certification preferred; Celigo or other iPaaS tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate requirements into NetSuite solutions with stakeholders.
• Configure, customize, and enhance NetSuite modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, CRM).
• Develop SuiteScript and SuiteFlow to meet business requirements.

• Support and troubleshoot NetSuite applications, integrations, and system issues.
• Participate in end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless data flow and process automation.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and release management.
• Document functional and technical requirements and user guides.

We are seeking a NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant with 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in NetSuite ERP. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both functional and technical aspects of NetSuite, including customization, scripting, reporting, and process optimization. Experience with Celigo or other iPaaS platforms and integration projects will be considered a significant advantage.
