Maneva Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC) LMS Functional Lead to manage end-to-end implementation, design and stakeholder coordination for learning solutions within Oracle HCM. The ideal candidate will lead requirement workshops, configure LMS components, manage content uploads, and drive CRP, SIT, UAT, and go-live activities, while guiding a functional team.

Looking for an experienced LMS Functional Lead (Oracle Learning Cloud) to manage end-to-end implementation, solution design, and stakeholder coordination for learning solutions in Oracle HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Learning Cloud (LMS)
• Conduct requirement gathering and design workshops with HR and business teams
• Configure LMS components:
• Learning items (courses)
• Catalogs and assignments
• Workflows and approvals
• Manage course creation, content upload (SCORM, videos, etc.) and learning setup.
• Drive CRP, SIT, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Provide solution design and functional guidance to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with technical, functional, and business teams.
• Ensure quality delivery, timelines, and compliance.
• Handle enhancements and post-implementation support (hypercare).
• Lead and mentor functional team members.
