Job summary

TTEC in India is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Financials Principal Engineer with 12+ years of hands-on experience. You will lead technical development, production support, and integrations across Oracle EBS Financials, ensuring design, development, testing, and deployment are delivered with quality and efficiency.

You will mentor the team, drive automation, collaborate with stakeholders, and own complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Strong expertise in Oracle EBS Financials modules (iProcurement, iExpense, Payables, Purchasing).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development and production support for Oracle EBS Financials.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and support Oracle EBS customizations, integrations, APIs, and third-party interfaces.
• Support data migration, conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Perform complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and system optimization.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members and business partners.
• Strong Oracle EBS Financials technical and domain expertise.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Financial Technical with 12+ years of hands‑on experience in Oracle EBS Financials, strong technical expertise, and proven experience in production support, integrations, solution development, and stakeholder management.

Required Qualifications
