Anoud Technologies is seeking a Technical Finance Manager to own the technical side of our Oracle Financials landscape. You will lead the technical team behind Payables, Receivables, GL, and Procurement while ensuring reliable processes and integrations.

You will design and implement interfaces, build reports, and drive deployments across Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud, partnering with finance stakeholders and functional consultants to deliver robust ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 10 to 15 years of Oracle ERP technical experience with team lead exposure.
• Hands-on Oracle Financials experience (AP essential; AR/GL/PO preferred).

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development and support for Oracle Financials modules on EBS and Fusion Cloud
• Translate finance requirements into technical solutions including extensions and reports
• Build and maintain interfaces between Oracle ERP and third-party systems using APIs
• Develop SQL/PL/SQL objects and optimize performance
• Design BI Publisher/OTBI reports and dashboards for GL, subledger and compliance
• Support period-end close by resolving interface failures and monitoring jobs
• Coordinate deployments across environments and perform root-cause analysis
• Prepare design documents and runbooks; mentor technical team members
• Collaborate with functional consultants and finance stakeholders

Technical Finance Manager - Oracle Financials (ERP)

About the role

Anoud Technologies is hiring a Technical Finance Manager to own the technical side of our Oracle Financials landscape. You will keep core finance processes (Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Procurement) running reliably. You will build the reports, interfaces and integrations that finance teams depend on, and lead the technical team behind them.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development and support for Oracle Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, PO) on Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Translate finance and business requirements into technical solutions, including extensions, custom reports and workflows
• Build and maintain interfaces and integrations between Oracle ERP and third-party systems using APIs, open interfaces and REST/SOAP web services
• Develop and optimise SQL and PL/SQL objects, and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Design BI Publisher / OTBI reports and dashboards, including subledger, GL and statutory/compliance reporting
• Support period-end and month-end close by resolving interface failures and stuck transactions and by monitoring scheduled jobs
• Run SIT, UAT, defect fixing and production deployments, with controlled code migration across environments
• Perform root-cause analysis on production issues and deliver permanent fixes
• Prepare technical design documents, impact analyses and operational runbooks
• Coordinate with functional consultants, business analysts and finance stakeholders, and mentor technical team members

Required skills

• Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.x, with exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials (AP essential; AR, GL, PO preferred)
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL (packages, procedures, views, query tuning)
• Integrations: Oracle APIs, open interfaces, REST/SOAP web services
• Reporting: BI Publisher / OTBI / XML Publisher
• SIT/UAT and release/deployment practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management

Good to have

• Oracle APEX, OAF, Forms and Reports
• Unix/Shell scripting and job scheduling (Autosys)
• TOAD, SQL Developer, SVN/Git, Jenkins/Kintana
• Regulatory or tax-compliance reporting (e.g., VAT)

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field (B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc./MCA)
• 10 to 15 years of Oracle ERP technical experience, including Oracle Financials, with team-lead or technical-lead exposure
• No mandatory certification. Oracle certifications are a plus.

You are an Oracle ERP technical lead who is comfortable in both the code and the finance process behind it. You pay close attention to detail around close cycles, you trace issues to their root cause, and you explain technical trade-offs clearly to finance and business stakeholders.
