Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations, including design and deployment.
• Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules to business needs.
• Develop and support integrations (OIC) and data loading processes.
• Plan and execute data migration and validation activities.
• Implement security configurations and troubleshoot issues.
