Huron is a global consultancy that helps clients transform their HR and benefits ecosystems. We are seeking a Senior Associate – Oracle Cloud Benefits Functional to lead end-to-end configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Benefits within an AMS environment.

In this role you will configure plans, eligibility, workflows, and budgets; manage enrollment, life events, and dependents; and ensure seamless integration with Payroll and Core HR.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Oracle Fusion Benefits implementation and support.
• Strong AMS/production support experience.
• Experience with benefits enrollment and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on with Fast Formulas for Comp & Benefits.
• Familiar with Payroll, Core HR, Absence, Talent integrations.
• Able to work independently in a client-facing environment.
• Configure and support end-to-end Oracle Benefits modules.
• Manage benefit plans, eligibility, workflows, and budgets.
• Manage incidents, service requests, enhancements, and configurations.
• Support year-end cycles and continuous improvements.

We are seeking a Senior Associate – Oracle Cloud Benefits Functional to support and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM applications within a Managed Services (AMS) environment. This role is responsible for the end-to-end configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Benefits modules. The individual will ensure accurate execution of seamless benefits administration, aligned with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and global best practices. The role requires strong functional expertise, hands-on AMS support experience, and the ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in End-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Benefits modules
• Strong AMS / production support experience
• Hands‑on in: Benefits enrollment & lifecycle management, Incident, SR, and enhancement handling
• Experience in Fast Formulas (Comp & Benefits)
• Knowledge of integrations with Payroll, Core HR, Absence, Talent, Compensation

• Support open enrollment, mid-year changes, and qualifying life events.
• Manage end-to-end benefits administration and enrollment workflows.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations and policies.
• Support integration across Benefits, Payroll, and Core HR.
• Strong understanding of U.S. and global benefits frameworks and compliance.

Managed Services (AMS) Support

• Handle production support activities, including-Incidents, Service Request, Enhancements, Configuration changes
• Troubleshoot and resolve post-go-live issues
• Support year-end activities and cyclical processes (compensation & benefits)
• Deliver continuous improvement and optimization initiatives
• Ensure adherence to SLA/KPI-driven support models
