Job summary

Strong SQL/PLSQL and client-facing communication are essential. The candidate should analyze business processes, translate requirements into technical specs, and collaborate with external teams to deliver robust integrations within HCM

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills around OIC, HCM Integration, HDL/HSDL, OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud Architecture, Data Models and Table structures.
• Strong coding, debugging, design and documentation skills.
• Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with HDL templates in Oracle.
• Ability to understand and analyze customer business processes and functional specifications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with external teams or clients.
• Understanding of the functional flow in HCM projects.
• Nice to have APEX/JCS/VBCS as an addition.
• Collaborate effectively with others and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Handle/analyze data and information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Strong technical skills around OIC, HCM Integration and HDL/HSDL.
• Implement and customize HCM integrations and reports.
• Develop and maintain HDL templates and Oracle Fusion Cloud components.
• Create and optimize OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
• Analyze customer business processes and translate into technical specs.
• Communicate with external teams or clients to gather requirements.
• Apply standards for data modeling and table structures.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver solutions.
• Identify and propose improvements when issues or opportunities arise.
• Ensure data handling and security practices are followed.

Role & responsibilities

Strong technical skills around OIC, HCM Integration. Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL and HSDL), Page Personalization/Customization, OTBI Reporting, BIP Reporting in Oracle Fusion Cloud (Oracle Cloud BI Publisher).

Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud Architecture, Standards, Data Models and Table structures.

Should have very good knowledge of Coding, Debugging and Design and Documentation.

Good Knowledge on SQL and PL/SQL.

Experience in HDL templates in Oracle.

Able to understand and analyze customer business processes and Functional Specification.

Good communication skills and ability to interact with external teams or clients.

Good understanding of the functional flow HCM Projects.
