Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a mid-level Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join our Offshore Managed Services team in Bengaluru. The role requires delivering design solutions, providing guidance on best practices, and ensuring successful delivery for multiple clients within a managed service framework.

You will work independently, document solutions clearly, and coach colleagues while specialising in Oracle HCM Cloud, ORC, or OTL modules. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud and Recruit (ORC) or Time and Labor (OTL).
• Minimum 5–6 years' experience of Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Excellent spoken and written English language communication skills.
• Document solutions clearly and share knowledge freely with our Cloud community.
• ITIL process knowledge.
• Wider experience of HR processes from a business context.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support for a variety of clients.
• Provide training and coaching for other colleagues.
• Offer expert advice regarding Cloud processes, configuration options and roadmaps.
• Provide functional leadership and guidance to clients regarding leading practices and the functionality of the software modules through as part of an ongoing Managed Service.
• Ability to effectively work with end-users remotely.
• Positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude; should be an excellent team player.

We require a mid to senior level Oracle HCM Cloud consultant to join our expanding Managed Services team. The consultant must have experience of at least one HCM Cloud project as a functional expert, having previously worked with the Oracle Fusion Core HR and Learn modules.

You will come up with design solutions, offer expertise and provide guidance to our clients on best practices for the successful delivery of the chosen solution as part of an ongoing Managed Service. You should be customer focussed with strong documentation skills and able to work independently and unsupervised.

• Demonstrate self-initiative and ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Display a passion for the role and a strong desire to deliver to the best of your ability
• Knowledge of other HCM Cloud modules (HR Helpdesk and other modules)
• ITIL process knowledge
• Wider experience of HR processes from a business context
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications would be an advantage
