SiTime is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Lead to own reports, integrations, and data migration while partnering with functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

The role emphasizes hands‑on development of VBCS apps, BI Publisher/OTBI reporting, and OIC integrations, with production support and ongoing upgrades as part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Technical.
• Strong experience in: BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL/PLSQL.
• Understanding of Fusion SCM and Finance modules.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and VBCS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain VBCS Applications.
• Develop and customize reports using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop and manage ESS jobs.
• Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDD) and support design reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Support enhancements, patches, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
• Provide post-implementation and production support.
• Log and track service requests with Oracle product support.
• Manage multiple priorities with strong time management.

Job Summary

SiTime is seeking a seasoned and hands-on skilled Oracle Fusion Technical Lead. The candidate should have strong technical expertise in reports, integrations, extensions, and data migration, along with the ability to work closely with functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain VBCS Applications
• Develop and customize reports using: BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI
• Design and implement integrations using: REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Develop and manage ESS jobs.
• Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDD) and support functional design reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Support enhancements, patches, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
• Provide post-implementation and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Fusion applications.
• Work directly with Oracle product support to log and track service requests.
• Manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications & Requirements (Education must be included):

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Technical.
• Strong experience in: BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL/PLSQL
• Understanding of Fusion SCM and Finance modules
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and VBCS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP modules.
• Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
• Proven track record of implementing Oracle ERP Cloud solutions that drive business value.
• Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams to ensure cohesive project execution.

Domain Knowledge:

• Manufacturing execution systems (MES) and supply chain operations
• Lot tracking, split/merge operations, and rework processes
• Inventory reconciliation and variance analysis
• Vendor collaboration and data exchange processes

Desired Characteristics & Attributes:

• Semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry experience
• Experience with OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) vendor management
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with process automation and optimization initiatives
