Job summary

Huron in Bengaluru invites an Oracle Technical Associate to drive complex ERP transformations. You will work with senior professionals on Oracle Fusion Cloud projects, focusing on configuration, data analysis, and process optimization to maximize client ROI.

The role requires 7–10 years of Fusion Cloud experience, strong SQL/PLSQL, and hands-on OIC, OTBI, BIP/XML Publisher skills. You will lead lifecycle implementations and contribute to SDLC governance.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud development with proficiency in OTBI, BIP/XML Publisher, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and web services (SOAP/REST), integrating FIN/HCM with third-party providers like ADP and Mercer.
• Familiarity with Fusion ERP Technical Architecture and modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and PO within Finance, SCM, and HCM.
• Hands‑on experience with AIM documentation, writing technical specs, test scripts for SIT/UAT, code reviews, and the SDLC change‑management process.
• Led at least 2 full implementation lifecycles in Oracle systems, focusing on application and SQL performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT or Computer Science, strong communication skills, and a team‑oriented mindset, with knowledge of ITIL framework in development and support projects.

As an Oracle Technical Associate, you will work closely with experienced professionals to support Oracle ERP implementation projects. You will be involved in system configuration, data analysis, process optimization, and troubleshooting to help clients maximize their investment in Oracle solutions.

• 7-10 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud development with strong proficiency in Oracle technologies such as OTBI, BIP/XML Publisher, SQL, and PL/SQL.
