Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. seeks a Senior Oracle Technical Associate to support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations. You will configure modules, analyze data, optimize processes, and troubleshoot to maximize client ROI.

The role requires 7–10 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud development with strong OTBI, BIP/XML Publisher, SQL, PL/SQL, OIC, and web services expertise, plus data migration using FBDI/HDL. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT or CS and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud development experience.
• Proficiency in OTBI, BIP/XML Publisher, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with OIC and SOAP/REST web services; integrate FIN/HCM with external providers.
• Data migration using FBDI templates and HDL.
• Familiarity with Fusion ERP technical architecture and modules in Finance, SCM, HCM.
• AIM documentation, technical specs, test scripts for SIT/UAT, SDLC change management.
• Led at least 2 full implementation lifecycles; focus on performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT or CS; strong communication and team orientation; ITIL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle ERP implementations and configurations.
• Analyze data, optimize business processes, and troubleshoot to maximize client investments.
• Develop and review technical specs; create SIT/UAT test scripts and participate in SDLC processes.
• Monitor SQL performance and resolve performance issues across modules.
