ManpowerGroup, through its Experis brand, is seeking a Global Oracle Support Engineer - Leader (Functional) to join our global Back and Middle Office Operations team in Chennai. The role emphasizes leadership, Oracle Cloud Financials/ERP expertise, and cross‑region collaboration.

The candidate will manage complex issues across Europe, North America and LATAM, coordinate with the India-based Global Support team, and drive process improvements while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Oracle Cloud Financials or Oracle ERP Financials experience, functional or technical, or both.
• Good written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Cloud Financials for Europe, North America, and LATAM during their business hours.
• Co-ordinate with Global Support team in India on development, testing and execution of components.
• Resolve issues related to Oracle SaaS Procurement, Advanced Collections and Financial Cloud.
• Support integrations to and from Oracle Cloud and coordinate with the technical team.
• Work with Application Support to resolve user and application issues and drive resolutions.
• Analyze processes and drive continuous service improvement and integration fixes.
• Maintain RACI and work plans across multi-geography teams.

Manpower Group is moving to an advanced process and digital technologies that require an experienced technology support team for supporting the applications for APAC, LATAM, Europe and North America.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting business and technology functions implemented on Oracle Cloud Financials for ManpowerGroup during Europe, North America Business hours and LATAM business hours.
• Supporting Europe, North America and Latam during critical needs.
• Co-ordinate with Global Support team based in India on development, testing and execution of technology components in Oracle Cloud.
• Resolving user issues related to Oracle SaaS Procurement, Advance Collection and Financial Cloud, and 3rd party components like OCR tools.
• Supporting Integrating to and from Oracle Cloud, coordinating with technical team for integration services
• Work with Application Support Team to resolve user issues, and application issues. Analyze and provide solutions to user questions and drive resolution in Oracle Cloud.
• Continuous improvement of the process including fixing integration, workflows

Critical experience required from the candidates:

• Thrive in a diverse, fast paced environment.Bachelors degree in business or technology. 10 years of relevant experience. Must have Oracle Cloud Financials or Oracle ERP Financials experience, functional or technical, or both.
• Ability to successfully manage internal and external expectations around resolution of issues in Oracle Cloud, within timeframes and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
• Possesses a Continuous Service Improvement mindset and strong critical thinking abilities.
• Strong people management skills and ability to build relationships throughout the business at all levels as well as externally.
• Analyzing third‑party processes as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for process delivery optimization.

• Experience working with teams across multi geography and supporting multi countries
• For Functional Oracle Cloud SaaS Experience:
• Team player, good communication in English. Good written and verbal communication. Ability to work across different time zones and multiple different countries.
• Understanding of one or multiple Oracle Financial modules and processes. The following Process and Module experience are acceptable: R2R (GL, Cash Management and Fixed Asset), O2C (AR, Advance Collection, Projects) and P2P (Procurement, AP, Cash collection)
• Additional preference for candidates with experience in FCCS, EDM and EPM.
