Role Description

A new opportunity for an Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) functional consultant with proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying Oracle Cloud SCM solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in understanding business requirements and design high‑quality innovative solutions fully compliant with relevant industry standards. Working with a talented team you will take a leading role and help shape and evolve our Oracle Cloud Practice. These roles require at least two implementations of Oracle Order Management Cloud modules as a prerequisite to be shortlisted.

Job Location: Pune and Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incidents and service requests.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot production issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications – Order Management, Global Order Promising, Pricing Administration, Inventory Management.
• Implement effective solutions to restore service availability and minimize disruption.
• Raise Service Requests with Oracle Support for any product issues and liaise until resolution.
• Liaise with cross work‑stream leads including technical leads to ensure end‑to‑end solution validity.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
• Assist in planning and executing changes to the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
• Ensure changes are implemented smoothly and with minimal risk.
• Demonstrate standard business processes/flows to Client User Groups, Process Owners, and Business SMEs.
• Comprehend existing business processes and capture additional business or reporting requirements.
• Participate in solution design – prototypes, fit‑gap analysis, and walkthroughs with user groups, process owners, and business SMEs for finalization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, with at least two implementations of Oracle Order Management Cloud modules in the specified areas.
• Experience in distribution scenarios including inter‑company, drop‑ship, and back‑to‑back scenarios.
• Exposure to SC Financial Orchestrations is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in Procurement, RFSmart, and Oracle Costing are added advantages.
• Experience working with clients based in Europe and the USA.
• Ability to deliver quality deliverables in both remote and on‑site working modes.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team of broad‑skilled resources.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Self‑starter, excellent interpersonal skills, and results oriented.
• Certification in Order Management or Inventory Cloud is an added advantage.
• Open to working in shifts if needed.
