Job summary

Litmus7 Systems Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Fusion Migration Architect to lead the architecture and technical design for migrating a legacy ERP to Oracle Fusion Cloud.

The role requires 12+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Oracle Fusion, and involves defining target-state architecture, migration strategy, data migration approach, and collaboration with business and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM.
• Proven experience in legacy ERP ? Oracle Fusion Cloud migration/implementation projects.
• Strong Solution Architecture and Integration Architecture experience.
• Strong understanding of ERP data migration, data mapping, transformation and reconciliation.
• Good understanding of end-to-end P2P, O2C, R2R and Supply Chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture for migration from legacy ERP to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Assess current-state legacy ERP architecture, processes, integrations, customizations, and data landscape and define the target-state Fusion architecture.
• Map legacy ERP capabilities to standard Oracle Fusion functionality and identify gaps requiring configuration, extension, integration, or process changes.
• Define the application, integration, data, security, and reporting architecture for the target environment.
• Define data migration strategy, including master data, open transactions, balances, historical data, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and data archival.
• Define the legacy-to-Fusion coexistence, cutover, deployment, and decommissioning strategy.
• Review legacy customizations and determine whether to retire, replace with standard Fusion functionality, extend Fusion, or integrate with external applications.
• Work closely with functional leads across Financials, Procurement, SCM, Inventory, Order Management modules.
• Lead architecture/design reviews and provide technical direction to integration, data migration, development and testing teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, mock conversions, cutover rehearsals, go-live and hypercare.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Fusion Architect to lead the architecture and technical design for a legacy ERP to Oracle Cloud Fusion migration. The architect will define the target-state architecture, migration strategy, data migration approach, and technical roadmap while ensuring alignment with Oracle Cloud best practices.

• Experience integrating ERP with WMS, PLM, MES, eCommerce and other enterprise applications.
• Understanding of Oracle Cloud security, roles, authentication and integration security.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate with both business and technical teams.

Preferred

• Experience migrating from Oracle EBS, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards or other legacy ERP platforms to Fusion.
• Experience with large-scale ERP transformation, legacy-system decommissioning and enterprise architecture.
• Oracle Cloud/Fusion certification is a plus.
