Job summary

Doyensys, Inc. in India/US seeks an experienced Fusion Solution Architect to lead Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations for clients in India and the US. You will design, plan, and tune Oracle Fusion Financials, collaborating with cross-functional teams and guiding CRP workshops.

You must have 10+ years overall and 7+ years relevant experience, with strong focus on Payables, Receivables, and GL. Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to document business processes are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ Oracle Cloud ERP implementations/Roll-outs in Fusion Financials.
• Experience with medium- to large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Strong experience in Payables, Assets, Receivables, and GL.
• Ability to create functional process/solution documents describing business needs.
• Lead CRP functional configuration, testing and workshops.
• Ensure changes align with business strategy and outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and train superusers.
• Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting in support projects.
• Knowledge of End-to-End (A2C/P2P) flows.
• Assess impact of design changes due to upgrades and patches.
• Strong business communication and customer management.
• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements.
• Customer-focused with proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for Fusion Financials and translate customer needs into solutions.
• Suggest best practices and drive change at the customer site.
• Audit existing Oracle footprint and propose a health check and roadmap including integrations.
• Work independently or with a team.
• In support projects, analyze issues to reduce recurrence and improve stability.
• Identify risks and dependencies in implementations.

Must Have Skills

• Must Have experience in 5+ Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation/Roll out projects in Cloud Fusion Financials Management

• Leading fit-gap analysis conference room pilots (CRP's) functional configuration, testing

• Should have experience in support project with hand on configuration and troubleshooting skills
• Good knowledge of Entire A2C and P2P flow

Key Responsibilities

• A primary point of contact for customers on Fusion Financials, you are responsible for understanding the customer need and developing a solution that solves the business needs of the customer.
• Suggest best practices followed by the industry and drive change at customer side.
• Audit the existing implementation or Oracle foot print to provide health check and suggest a road map as how business can leverage the existing implementation and improve upon what is available, Suggest suitable integration methods to efficiently exchange data in a hybrid environment.
• Should able to work independently or with a team.
• In support projects analyse the issues to find ways of eliminating some of the recurring issues and overall improve the stability of the system.
• Identify the Risk factors and Dependencies involved in the Implementations.
