Job summary

Allana Group is seeking an Oracle ERP specialist to serve as the SPOC for functional support across manufacturing and SCM lifecycle in a high-volume production environment. You will own the health and continuous optimization of the ERP landscape, driving end-to-end processes from procure-to-pay to order-to-cash.

The role requires 5–8 years of Oracle ERP experience with a technical background and strong SQL skills to troubleshoot and reconcile data, along with GST/TDS knowledge for compliant

Job description

Primary ownership: Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for Oracle functional support, covering the end-to-end Manufacturing and Supply Chain lifecycle.

Scope: Own the health, stability, and continuous optimization of the ERP landscape supporting a high-volume manufacturing plant.

Primary Skill Requirements (SCM & Manufacturing)

• Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM): Provide expert support for formulas, recipes, and batch production execution.
• Quality Management: Manage inspection protocols, quality collection plans, and non-conformance tracking.
• Inventory Management: Drive sub inventory accuracy, material transfers, and physical inventory / cycle-count processes.
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P): Provide end-to-end functional ownership of Purchasing and iProcurement.
• Order-to-Cash (O2C): Support sales orders, shipping execution, and customer fulfilment processes.
• Distribution Management System (DMS): Support dispatch planning, route/vehicle assignment, delivery tracking, and proof-of-delivery processes; ensure integration with order fulfilment and invoicing.
• Power BI exposure: Build and interpret dashboards for production, inventory, quality, and fulfilment KPIs to support operational decision-making.
• Enterprise Asset Management (EAM): Support plant maintenance, asset tracking, and preventive-maintenance scheduling.

Secondary Skill Requirements (Finance & Costing)

• Oracle Costing: Strong functional understanding of OPM/Standard costing, including overhead absorption, WIP valuation, and month-end cost freezes.
• Finance integration: Understand the accounting impact of SCM transactions to ensure accurate automated entries to Payables (AP), Receivables (AR), and the General Ledger (GL).
• Period close: Partner with SCM and Finance teams to enable timely month-end close and reconciliations.

Technical & Regional Requirements

• SQL proficiency: Query back-end tables independently for rapid troubleshooting and data reconciliation.
• Indian statutory knowledge: Familiarity with GST, e-way bills, and TDS configurations relevant to manufacturing and procurement.
• Incident leadership: Manage the full support ticket lifecycle independently in a fast-paced plant environment.

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience: 5-8 years of Oracle ERP (EBS/Fusion) experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing-plant operations.
• Education: BCA, B.Tech, or equivalent technical background.
• Soft skills: Ability to translate complex ERP concepts for plant-floor users and provide clear, actionable insights to leadership.
