Job summary

Squircle IT Consulting Services is hiring an Oracle Functional Analyst in India to design, implement, and integrate Oracle E‑Business Suite applications with a focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P). You will work with business teams to scope, design, test, and support ERP solutions and drive improvements in reliability and usability.

The role requires 6–8 years of hands-on Oracle EBS experience, multiple full life-cycle implementations, and strong communication skills to collaborate with Onsite teams

Qualifications

• 6–8 years hands-on Oracle E-Business Suite in Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
• 3+ unique full life-cycle implementations or upgrades in last 10 years.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle modules: Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier, E‑Business Tax, Payables, Cash Management.
• Experience with SDLC, AIM Methodology, and Agile Project Management.
• Strong functional knowledge of R12 Oracle E‑Business Suite outside P2P with good technical understanding.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Advanced configuration skills in Procure-to-Pay emphasizing standard functionality.
• Experience in creating and performing test and use cases.
• Basic SQL and Oracle RDBMS knowledge related to P2P.
• Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and drive results.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Oracle Functional Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, customizing and integrating Oracle e-Business Suite applications with other systems, and providing ongoing support and future enhancements of those solutions. This position will be responsible for ensuring Expedia’s Oracle e-Business Suite portfolio of applications are designed to meet evolving business requirements and standards for reliability, scalability, availability, and usability. This position will also work with team members as needed to scope, design, test, implement, support and enhance Oracle e-Business Suite solutions.

• Partners with business to gain solid understanding of Expedia’s business processes, objectives
• Understands the business process flows and configurations for Oracle Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Supports end-to-end business process testing for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business cycle
• Design/ Buildfunctional solution design documentation for conversions, interfaces and extensions
• Researches, recommends and implements scalable and optimal solutions in Oracle EBS and its ecosystem, that deliver to business objectives
• Provides solution leadership in a matrixed environment and coordinates the remediation of deficiencies in operational workflows
• Provides support to end-user community through instruction and end-user training
• Assist business with acceptance testing of final results, either for an enhancement to the existing applications or when introducing new functionality in a project
• Partners with Onsite and geographically diverse Business andIT teams in all phases of project delivery, production enhancements, support.
• Identify and advocate for opportunities to improve current procedures, processes and systems.

Experience

• Required: 6 – 8 years of hands‑on Oracle e-Business Suite application within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Workstream
• Required: Oracle Release 12 (12.1.x or greater) with a minimum of 3 unique full life‑cycle implementations or upgrades in the last 10 years
• In depth knowledge of Oracle application modules - Purchasing (including iProcurement); iSupplier; E‑Business Tax; Payables (including Sub Ledger Accounting), Payments, Cash Management
• Experience with SDLC, AIM Methodology (BR100, MD050, etc.), and Agile Project Management principles
• Strong overall functional knowledge of R 12.1.x Oracle e-Business Suite Applications (outside of Procure-to-Pay) with a good technical understanding
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Advanced configuration skills in Procure-to-Pay modules emphasizing standard functionality and the features available without extensions or customizations
• Experience in creating and performing test and use cases
• Basic SQL and Oracle RDBMS table knowledge specific to Oracle Procure-to-Pay applications
• Demonstrated ability to think "outside the box"
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and execution
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization
• Strong customer focus

Education

• Bachelors’ Degree in Information Systems, Finance/Accounting or related required
