Pri India It Services is seeking a capable ERP specialist to support Oracle E-Business Suite financial modules. The role emphasizes leading enhancements, collaborating with business users, and ensuring smooth production support.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Oracle EBS 12.2.9 finance knowledge and experience with Treasury, AR, and Cash Management, plus strong communication for multinational teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or information systems or equivalent work experience.
• Functional knowledge of Oracle e-Business Suite 12.2.9 core financial modules.
• Experience with Oracle Treasury, AR and Cash Management modules and banking setups preferred.
• Ability to engage and influence business partners driving change in the organization.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies & tools including MS Projects and Visio preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build relationships in a multinational organization.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills to manage projects.

Responsabilités

• Manage system enhancements, projects, strategy, setups & system support for assigned Oracle EBS financial modules.
• Partner with key business users to provide application overviews and assess automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to facilitate/test issue resolution.
• Provide ongoing Production Support including logging tickets, status updates, and escalation.
• Lead evaluation efforts for new products and functionality based on business requirements.
• Ensure configuration documentation and training guides are updated with changes.
• Complete testing related to patching, upgrades, modifications, etc.
• Create business/technical requirements and documentation for projects.

The primary responsibility will be the support of Oracle financial application modules and related tools. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and strong functional knowledge of Oracle e-Business Suite financial applications.

Role

• Manage system enhancements, projects, strategy, setups & system support for assigned Oracle e-Business Suite financial modules
• Partner with key business users to provide application overviews (including new functionality), assess automation opportunities and/or provide system training as needed.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to facilitate/test issue resolution
• Provide ongoing Production Support - including problem management. This will include logging tickets, status communication & escalation (as needed).
• Lead evaluation efforts for new products and/or functionality based on business requirements.
• Ensure configuration documentation and training guides are updated based on application changes or new functionality.
• Complete testing efforts timely related to application patching, upgrades, modifications, etc.
• Create effective business/technical requirements, analysis & documentation for assigned projects.

All About You

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or information systems - or equivalent work experience.
• Functional knowledge of Oracle e-Business Suite version 12.2.9 core financial modules
• Experience with Oracle Treasury , AR and Cash Management modules and Banking setups preferred
• Ability to quickly engage and influence business partners driving change in the organization
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Knowledge of key Project Management methodologies & tools including Microsoft Projects and Visio preferred
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills required with the ability to effectively communicate & develop strong relationships within a multinational organization
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to independently prioritize and manage assigned projects
