Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an Oracle EPM Developer (EPBCS) to implement and support EPBCS modules including Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects, plus EPCM and OIC integrations.

The role requires hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, forms, complex business rules, and EDMCS knowledge, with Python and AWS Cloud exposure. You'll collaborate with FP&A in an agile environment to drive planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting EPBCS modules (Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects).
• Experience with EPCM, OIC, and at least one full Oracle EPM Cloud implementation.
• Knowledge of EDMCS; experience with Python and AWS Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support EPBCS modules: Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects.
• Work with EPCM and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Lead or participate in at least one full Oracle EPM Cloud implementation.
• Create forms, OIC integrations, and complex business rules.
• Understand dependencies across Oracle EPM Cloud components.
• Stay updated on Oracle EPM roadmap to improve processes in the Financials ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal clients in an agile environment using design thinking.
• Partner with FP&A to enable planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Create and maintain functional and technical system documentation.
• Knowledge of EDMCS is a plus; apply Python and AWS Cloud where relevant.

Role & responsibilities

ORACLE EPM DEVELOPER(EPBCS

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting following:
  
• Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Services (EPBCS) modules - Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects
  
• Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management Cloud Services (EPCM)
  
• Oracle Integration cloud (OIC).
  
• 1+ full life cycle Oracle EPM Cloud Implementation.
  
• Experience in creating forms, OIC Integrations, and complex Business Rules.
  
• Understand dependencies and interrelationships between various components of Oracle EPM Cloud.
  
• Keep abreast of Oracle EPM roadmap and key functionality to identify opportunities where it will enhance the current process within the entire Financials ecosystem.
  
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal clients in an agile manner, leveraging design thinking approaches.
  
• Collaborate with the FP&A to facilitate the Planning, Forecasting and Reporting process for the organization.
  
• Create and maintain system documentation, both functional and technical
  
• Knowledge of Enterprise Data Management Consolidation (EDMCS) Is plus
  
• Experience of Python, AWS Cloud (Lambda, Step functions, EventBridge etc.)
