Job summary

Tekskills Inc. seeks an experienced EPM Cloud consultant to implement and support EPBCS, EPCM, and related Oracle EPM Cloud modules in Chennai.

You will work with internal clients to design solutions, develop OIC integrations, and implement complex business rules within an agile framework. You will collaborate with FP&A to streamline planning, forecasting, and reporting while creating thorough documentation and staying abreast of the Oracle EPM roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting EPBCS, EPCM, and EPM Cloud solutions.
• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong knowledge of OIC integrations and complex business rules.
• Ability to work with internal clients in agile environments using design thinking.
• Ability to collaborate with FP&A for planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Documentation experience (functional and technical).
• Knowledge of EDMCS is a plus.
• Experience with Python and AWS Cloud services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deploy EPM Cloud solutions aligning with financial planning processes.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining EPBCS/EPM components and data mappings.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation for implemented solutions.
• Stay informed on Oracle EPM roadmap to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support FP&A in planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
• Mentor junior team members on best practices and standards.

Job description

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting following:
  
• Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Services (EPBCS) modules - Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects
  
• Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management Cloud Services (EPCM)
  
• Oracle Integration cloud (OIC).
  
• 1+ full life cycle Oracle EPM Cloud Implementation.
  
• Experience in creating forms, OIC Integrations, and complex Business Rules.
  
• Understand dependencies and interrelationships between various components of Oracle EPM Cloud.
  
• Keep abreast of Oracle EPM roadmap and key functionality to identify opportunities where it will enhance the current process within the entire Financials ecosystem.
  
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal clients in an agile manner, leveraging design thinking approaches.
  
• Collaborate with the FP&A to facilitate the Planning, Forecasting and Reporting process for the organization.
  
• Create and maintain system documentation, both functional and technical
  
• Knowledge of Enterprise Data Management Consolidation (EDMCS) Is plus
