Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Kolkata seeks an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud specialist to implement and support EPBCS modules (Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects) and EPCM, plus OIC integrations.

You will drive end-to-end EPM initiatives and collaborate with FP&A to enable planning, forecasting and reporting across the organization. Responsibilities include building forms, complex business rules, maintaining technical docs, and staying aligned with the Oracle EPM roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud environments.
• Expertise in EPBCS modules: Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects.
• Experience with EPCM and OIC for integrations and automation.
• Hands-on in forms, business rules, and EPM data interdependencies.
• Ability to work with FP&A to enable planning, forecasting and reporting.

Job description

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting following:
  
• Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Services (EPBCS) modules - Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects
  
• Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management Cloud Services (EPCM)
  
• Oracle Integration cloud (OIC).
  
• 1+ full life cycle Oracle EPM Cloud Implementation.
  
• Experience in creating forms, OIC Integrations, and complex Business Rules.
  
• Understand dependencies and interrelationships between various components of Oracle EPM Cloud.
  
• Keep abreast of Oracle EPM roadmap and key functionality to identify opportunities where it will enhance the current process within the entire Financials ecosystem.
  
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal clients in an agile manner, leveraging design thinking approaches.
  
• Collaborate with the FP&A to facilitate the Planning, Forecasting and Reporting process for the organization.
