Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an Oracle EPM Developer (EPBCS) to join our Bengaluru team. You will implement and support EPBCS modules such as Financials, Workforce, Capital and Projects, and EPCM, with OIC integrations and complex business rules.

The role requires collaboration with FP&A and adherence to agile practices. You will document both functional and technical aspects while leveraging EDMCS knowledge as a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting EPBCS modules: Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects.
• 1+ full lifecycle Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.
• Experience creating forms, OIC Integrations, and complex Business Rules.
• Understand dependencies between Oracle EPM Cloud components.
• Keep abreast of Oracle EPM roadmap and key functionality for FP&A workflows.
• Collaborate with FP&A to support Planning, Forecasting and Reporting.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of EDMCS is a plus.
• Experience with Python and AWS Cloud (Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge).

Responsibilities

ORACLE EPM DEVELOPER(EPBCS

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting following:
• Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Services (EPBCS) modules - Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects
• Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management Cloud Services (EPCM)
• Oracle Integration cloud (OIC).
• 1+ full life cycle Oracle EPM Cloud Implementation.
• Experience in creating forms, OIC Integrations, and complex Business Rules.
• Understand dependencies and interrelationships between various components of Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Keep abreast of Oracle EPM roadmap and key functionality to identify opportunities where it will enhance the current process within the entire Financials ecosystem.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal clients in an agile manner, leveraging design thinking approaches.
• Collaborate with the FP&A to facilitate the Planning, Forecasting and Reporting process for the organization.
• Create and maintain system documentation, both functional and technical
• Knowledge of Enterprise Data Management Consolidation (EDMCS) Is plus
• Experience of Python, AWS Cloud (Lambda, Step functions, EventBridge etc.)
