Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai is seeking an Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud (WMS) Techno-Functional Consultant to lead L2/L3 production support and configuration across Oracle Fusion WMS and Inventory Management. Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Warehouse Management Cloud.
• Experience in configuring Oracle Fusion SCM modules and integration touchpoints.
• Proficient in troubleshooting WMS incidents and outages within SLA.
• Familiar with ITSM tools and ITIL-based support processes.
• Knowledge of data loads, such as FBDI, and cloud updates.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Fusion WMS and Inventory Management.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues.
• Perform RCA and recommend permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Support inbound/outbound, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions.
• Coordinate with business users, Oracle Support, and technical teams for resolution.
• Manage quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, regression testing, and impact assessments.
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, and customizations.
• Create knowledge articles, SOPs, training materials, and support documentation.

Role - Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud (WMS) Techno-Functional Consultant

Required Technical Skill Set-

• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Warehouse Management Cloud.
• Deep understanding of: Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, Shipping Execution, Receiving, Cycle Counting, Physical Inventory, Replenishment Planning, Lot and Serial Control, Subinventories and Locators, Inter-organization Transfers
• Understanding of end-to-end SCM processes and integration touchpoints with: Order Management, Procurement, Transportation Management, Cost Management
• Experience in configuration and setup activities across Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) troubleshooting.
• OTBI and BI Publisher reporting.
• REST/SOAP APIs troubleshooting.
• FBDI data loads and data correction activities.
• ESS Jobs and Scheduled Processes.
• Functional understanding of XML, Web Services, and integrations.
• Experience working with ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or other ITSM tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based support processes.

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Fusion Warehouse Management and Inventory Management modules.

• Support integrations involving OIC, Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Transportation, and third-party warehouse systems.
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, and customizations.
• Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive process optimization initiatives.
• Create knowledge articles, SOPs, training materials, and support documentation.
• Participate in change management, release management, deployment, and hypercare activities.
