Job summary

Sopra Steria is hiring a Senior Oracle EBS Tech Lead in Noida with 6–8 years of experience. You will lead EBS projects, design and implement RICEW components, and coordinate cross-functional teams ensuring high-quality deliverables.

The role requires strong SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and experience across multiple Oracle modules. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall, data migration, and integration is essential.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of Oracle E-Business (EBS) experience.
• Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Experience as Tech Lead on EBS projects and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS projects and develop RICEW components.
• Estimate effort, timelines and coordinate design, development and testing.
• Ensure adherence to design and development standards and best practices.
• Collect requirements and prepare high- and low-level design and deployment documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage data migration/integration tasks.

• Should be technically strong on SQL, PLSQL and developing RICE components in Oracle EBS environment
• Experience as Tech Lead on multiple EBS projects
• Build and track RICEW development plan activities
• Estimate the level of effort and time to design, develop and test solutions.
• Perfect understanding of formal design and development standards, methodologies and best practices.
• Can build timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and prepare high-level and detailed design documents.
• Proficient in Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports (BI / XML / RDF), Oracle Workflow and Oracle RDBMS 10g.
• Should have worked on Data Migration, Integration of Oracle modules with third Party Applications.
• Experience on two or more Oracle Application modules and Application Foundation (AOL) under Oracle Release 12 environment
• Should have the ability to collect requirements, build high level design documents, low level design documents, and deployments documents.
• Willing to learn and work on new technologies
• Knowledge on Agile scrum and waterfall methodology
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience of having worked in a CMMI environment would be a plus
• Any Oracle Certification is an added key advantage.
