Job summary

Sopra Steria is seeking a skilled Oracle E-Business (EBS) professional for Noida to lead EBS projects and drive RICEW development plans. The role requires 6-8 years of EBS experience, strong SQL/PL-SQL, and proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

You will design, develop and test Oracle-based solutions, ensuring adherence to standards while managing timelines and deliverables. Domestic and international client exposure is possible.

Qualifications

Job Description

• Should be technically strong on SQL, PLSQL and developing RICE components in Oracle EBS environment
• Experience as Tech Lead on multiple EBS projects
• Build and track RICEW development plan activities
• Estimate the level of effort and time to design, develop and test solutions.
• Perfect understanding of formal design and development standards, methodologies and best practices.
• Can build timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and prepare high-level and detailed design documents.
• Proficient in Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports (BI / XML / RDF), Oracle Workflow and Oracle RDBMS 10g.
• Should have worked on Data Migration, Integration of Oracle modules with third Party Applications.
• Experience on two or more Oracle Application modules and Application Foundation (AOL) under Oracle Release 12 environment
• Should have the ability to collect requirements, build high level design documents, low level design documents, and deployments documents.
• Willing to learn and work on new technologies
• Knowledge on Agile scrum and waterfall methodology
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience of having worked in a CMMI environment would be a plus
• Any Oracle Certification is an added key advantage.
