Job Title: Oracle EBS Developer (Finance, SCM, HRMS, Manufacturing Experience)

Experience: 6–8 Years
Locations: Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore

Responsibilities

• Work with Oracle functional business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specification documents (MD70).
• Design, develop, and unit test technical solutions aligned with functional design documents.
• Meet service level agreements for production support response and issue resolution.
• Identify, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct code reviews following established coding standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers and junior team members.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Willingness to work from the client location in Hyderabad.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS technical design and development.
• Extensive technical and functional experience with Oracle R12 EBS Financials, SCM, Manufacturing modules, and HCM.
• Proficiency in RICE, SQL/PLSQL, Forms, Oracle Workflows, and XML Publisher reports, Unix Shell Scripting, OAF, and Java.
• Understanding of basic functional setups in Oracle EBS Finance, SCM, and Manufacturing modules.
• Expertise in performance tuning, Web ADI, interfaces, and conversions.
• Skilled in debugging and testing workflows, reports, and performing data analysis.
• Experience with Fusion technical tools: OTBI/BI, HDL, FBDI, REST, and SOAP services.

Good to Have

• Oracle Fusion technical development experience.
